Chrissy Teigen has shared the first photo of her family of five on Instagram since giving birth to her daughter, Esti. The 2014 SI Swimsuit cover model posted the adorable snap on Feb. 15—just over one month after giving birth—and she looks absolutely incredible.

Teigen modeled a light pink mini dress that highlighted her toned legs. The dress featured floral applique detailing on the bust, which she accented with strappy heels, glitzy earrings and a bold red lip. The mom of three had one adorable accessory: baby Esti in her arms.

In the first snap, her husband, R&B singer-songwriter John Legend, stood to her left, while their 6-year-old daughter, Luna, and 4-year-old son, Miles, grinned for the camera in front of their parents. Additional pics in the collection showed Teigen holding all three of her children, as well as one of her own mother, Vilailuck Teigen, hoisting her in the air.

“excuse the spit up!! we are doing the best we can over here lol,” Teigen quipped in the caption of the post she shared with her 40.9 million followers.

“The best Valentines,” Legend heartwarmingly wrote in the comments.

“So beautiful!! So happy for you all ❤️,” gushed Kyle Richards Umansky.

“Much better than I ever did! I don’t think I showered or dressed let alone makeup & hair for 6 months?” joked one follower.

“Spoken like a real mom! Your family is beautiful, spit up and all! 😍,” added another fan.

On Valentine’s Day, Teigen got in some quality time with her girlfriends. She celebrated with fluffy robes, feather boas and a screening of Magic Mike’s Last Dance.

“I love you guys so so so much,” she wrote of her pals. “thank you for loving me wholly and fully, the good and less good of me, all of me ❤️❤️❤️.”
