Last night, Hilary Duff graced the stage of London's O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire for the first show of her “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” Tour and singlehandedly unlocked a plethora of childhood memories for millennials and Gen Zers around the globe.

The 38-year-old—whose first album in over a decade is set to release on Feb. 20—debuted some of its unreleased songs on stage during the Jan. 19 show, including “Weather for Tennis,” “Future Trippin’” and “We Don’t Talk,” per Just Jared. Plus, Duff also performed a slew of fan favorites, including “Come Clean” and “Why Not” from her 2003 album, Metamorphosis, along with “What Dreams Are Made Of” from The Lizzie McGuire Movie.

Before she took the stage, Duff recorded some playful videos while getting ready and shared the results with her 27.4 million Instagram followers. The clips started with Duff in a makeup chair and culminated in her monochromatic concert look, consisting of a sparkly tank and matching high-waisted pants.

She lip synced the lyrics to Diamond Dondada’s “She’s Back (Freestyle)”, specifically, “I took over a year off and cut you b------ some slack / Tell a friend to tell a friend, she’s back,” which was a nod the reel's caption, “18 years off, but we back baby!” Duff’s note seemed to reference her first tour stint in the near two decade-long span.

“Yassssss welcome back icon 💖✨,” one fan commented.

“TELL EM QUEEEN 🫶🏼✨,” another user cheered.

“Ohhh how we've missed you,” a commenter chimed in.

Duff has matched her fans’ level of excitement where her return to music is concerned. In a statement, Duff declared, per Billboard, “I’m over the moon to be stepping on stage again. I’ve got some new songs that I can’t wait to share with you and of course some old favorites we can scream together. It’s been a minute and I’ve missed you. Let’s make some mems.”

She’ll continue the tour in Toronto on Jan. 24, before heading to New York City on Jan. 27 and Los Angeles on Jan. 29. In mid-February, Duff will headline three nights in Las Vegas—on Feb. 13, 14 and 15—and will return to Las Vegas in the spring for three more shows on May 22, 23 and 24.

While all of her live performances are sold out, the artist’s upcoming album, luck ... or something, is available to preorder before its release on Feb. 20 here.
