College athlete Olivia Dunne is dishing out advice and we’re all ears. Fresh off LSU’s fourth place finish at the NCAA gymnastics championships, Dunne is already back in the gym training hard.

The 20-year-old student donned a white bra top, gray athletic shorts and sneakers for her TikTok. “Take my advice” was written across the screen of the 10-second clip. Dunne put her hair up in a ponytail and knelt down to tie her shoe as the phrase “do it for yourself” came up on screen.

Dunne grabbed a jump rope and began training before turning to the camera at the end of her set and sticking her tongue out.

“if this is on your fyp, it’s a sign,” she wrote in her caption.

“Jump rope seems so easy but can be torture if you do it long enough for conditioning,” one fan observed in the comments.

“Livvy Dunne motivation is one thing this world needed,” another person added.

“nah but on a real note. she’s right . do it for yourself or you’ll regret it later on,” someone else stated.

While the 2022-2023 gymnastics season has wrapped for the LSU Tigers, it’s clear that Dunne is taking her own advice by keeping up her training and conditioning for next season.
