Model Carol Alt Hits the Gym in Sparkly Mini Dress and Heels

From the SI Swimsuit runway show to the gym at the W Hotel in Miami, Carol Alt knows how to rock a done-up look.
In a Tuesday video that the American model posted to her Instagram feed, she took to the elliptical for a quick sweat in a sparkly, high-neck Showroom Seven mini dress and black and gold heels from Daniela Uribe. The supermodel wore a sparkly lip and styled her hair in a wavy updo, forgoing any accessories for her trip to the gym.
In the video, the seven-time SI Swimsuit model, who returned to the SI Swim runway earlier this month, took a sip from her water bottle and wiped her brow.
The post was aptly set to the tune of Bodyworx and MOTi’s song “No Pain No Gain.” At the end of the clip, Alt blew a kiss to her 135,000 followers.
