Nastia Liukin is giving us a sneak peek into her morning routine, and it looks tough. She shared a video of how she starts her day with her 1.1 million Instagram followers, set to the sound of Lizzo’s new single, “Special (feat. SZA).”

The post began with the Olympic gold medalist model plunging into her freezing cold pool early in the morning. She wore a bright red one-piece swimsuit featuring a square neckline and a low back. Liukin did an at-home outdoor workout in the next few clips, led by fitness entrepreneur Kira Stokes. Liukin used a resistance band to do donkey kicks and fire hydrants. The gymnast also stretched into a downward dog position and rolled her ankles around before face-planting on the grass to rest for a second.

The next and final snippet showed Liukin fastening her pink button-up shirt over a pair of baggy ripped blue jeans. Her blonde hair was slicked into a high bun and she opted for minimal makeup.

“*most* mornings look something like this 🌞 first things first, cold plunge (this time of year we just use the pool because it’s cold af and gets the job done),” she captioned the Feb. 17 post. “followed by a (FaceTime) workout with @kirastokesfit a few times a week and then a quick shower + breakfast & go time 💃🏼.”

“Oh how I LOVE being a part of your mornings - especially when you offer me this dreamy view via FT☀️✨,” Stokes chimed in the comments.

“❤️🔥 get it girl,” chirped Cheval.
