Paris Hilton has had a busy 2023—and it’s been less than two months. The actress, model and entrepreneur just celebrated her 42nd birthday with close friends, family and husband Carter Reum. The two welcomed their first baby boy last month.

“He is such an angel,” Hilton said in a recent interview with TODAY. “I’m so in love with him.”

The reality TV star is also working on an interactive one-day pop-up shop in Los Angeles that shows off a full display of her decade-defining fashion, accessories, props and more. “House of Y2K” opens on Friday, Feb. 24, and features three floors of iconic Hilton moments and 2000s nostalgia.

The pop-up launches at the perfect time, with the resurgence of trends like low-rise bottoms, track suits, chunky shoes and more.

“I love it because I just feel so proud that all my looks are [coming back]. Every time I go to fashion shows or talk to designers, my pictures are all over the mood board and people are so inspired,” Hilton gushed. “This was back when I had no stylist or anything. I was literally buying my own looks, putting them together. I’ve always been ahead of my time.”

Hilton added that she has noticed that people call her the “Queen of 2000s” and that it’s a super exciting and rewarding feeling. The clothing collection featured in the pop-up is curated by Hilton herself, and even includes pieces from her own closet.

“I save things that I want for my daughter one day. There’s just so many beautiful pieces but a lot of things I donate,” she continued, noting that she holds on to certain items with sentimental value or cultural significance “for the archives,” because “they’re fun just to bring back.”

The 11:11 Media founder said she’s noticed her style has changed over her time in the industry. Now, as a mom, she noted that her choices might differ a bit, but there will always be a bit of flair and personality to her outfits.

“I think with each new stage in life, my style evolved accordingly. With this new mom version of me, it made me [have] a tiny bit more practicality in my outfits,” she continued. “But of course it wouldn’t be me without sparkle... I have my new tracksuit line that I designed, so I’ve been rocking my velour tracksuits because they’re so comfy.”

Her show, Paris In Love, was recently renewed for Season 2 and Hilton promised more excitement and realness.

“It’s going to include everything. My whole journey, everything about becoming a new mom, my baby, running my media company, going on tour for my music, being in the studio recording, traveling on my book tour,” she explained. “We’re shooting basically every single day. So they are capturing it all.”

Though there are no dates or details about when the second season of the reality show will launch on Peacock, Hilton’s book, Paris: The Memoir, releases on March 14.
