Two-time SI Swimsuit cover model Paulina Porizkova shared a topless photo of herself in an Instagram post on Jan. 4. “I’m greeting it bare” she wrote in her caption of the fresh slate of the new year ahead.

In the pic, Porizkova posed in front of a window with gauzy curtains as she looked off into the distance. Her hair cascaded over her shoulders and her arms were held up in front of her chest, while she wore black bikini-style underwear on her lower half.

“I’m finally comfortable in my own skin,” she continued in her caption. “I don’t need armor when I’m already armed with my experiences and the wisdom they’ve brought. All the really good stuff is crammed into this body and invisible on the outside.”

The 57-year-old included three hashtags in the caption of her post: #betweenjloandbettywhite #greypride and #betterontheinside.

Tons of Porizkova’s 965,000 followers chimed in to the comments section to praise her for her honesty.

“Did I just see a hashtag that said #greypride? Genius 😍 AND YOU ARE STUNNING,” said fitness and lifestyle consultant Ashley Borden, while actress Ali Wentworth wrote, “You look beautiful in your own skin! ❤️.”

“Perfection for any age,” added actress Jane Badler, and author Jen Pastiloff piped in to say, “Beauty inside beauty outside beauty all around especially your brain.”

In addition to embracing herself just as she is on social media, Porizkova often uses her platform to support and champion fellow women. She released her book, No Filter: The Good, the Bad, and the Beautiful, last November—read more about the collection of essays here.
