Camille Kostek just celebrated another trip around the sun, and her partner, Rob Gronkowski, shared the most thoughtful note on Instagram in her honor.

The retired tight end and four-time Super Bowl champ posted a cute throwback pic alongside Kostek in honor of her 32nd birthday on Feb. 19. In the undated photo, the two stood next to one another and grinned for the camera. The SI Swimsuit model was clad in a bright pink dress, while Gronkowski donned a Hawaiian shirt.

“Happy Birthday my Baby,” Gronkowski, 34, wrote. “May your night be filled with happiness and love on your special day! Your the sweetest and deserve nothing but the best! ❤️.”

Plenty of fans and friends of the adorable couple chimed in to the comments section with well-wishes for Kostek on her special day.

“Two legends! 🍾,” internet personality Jordan Schultz commented.

“Power couple,” another person added.

“AWWW robbbb 🥺🩷,” model Remi Bader gushed.

“Lucky you, Gronk! ❤ It’s your birthday everyday with Camille Kostek in your life 🙌😍,” someone else noted. “HBD Camille! 🎈 🥳 🎂 🎉.”

The model-actress and retired athlete celebrated a decade of being together last fall. They initially met at a charity event in Boston when when Gronkowski was a tight end for the New England Patriots and Kostek was a cheerleader for the team. Read more of the sweet backstory here.

Today, in addition to their own individual professional pursuits, the two are cofounders of a charitable sweepstakes platform called Voomerang.
