SI Swimsuit Model Chanel Iman Announces Engagement to Davon Godchaux

Three-time SI Swimsuit model Chanel Iman and New England Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux are engaged! The supermodel shared the most adorable proposal pics on Instagram announcing the news on May 30.
“The blessings keep pouring, grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go ♾️📍Capri , Italy 🇮🇹 💍💎,” the former Victoria’s Secret model wrote alongside a carousel of photos of herself in a lacy white two-piece set and the football player on one knee.
Earlier this month, Iman and Godchaux also revealed that they are expecting their first child, a baby girl, together. The pair began dating in April 2022. Iman also shares two daughters, Cassie and Cali, with ex-husband Sterling Shepard.
“One of the best gifts in life is a life time of adventures ! My soulmate, protector , backbone and best friend the best memories are yet to come ❤️💍💎 📍Capri🇮🇹 Italy,” Iman and Godchaux wrote in a joint post of the engagement.
They posed for photographer Tiziano D and sat in the back of a dark red vintage convertible against a gorgeous Italian landscape.
“Chanel I love you so much and I wouldn’t have rather spend this moment with no one else by my side! From the moment we met I knew it was something about you and how much you value having a FAMILY that was really important to me! We are in this together and will always be, I love you from the bottom of my heart! My love, My fiancé, My everything!! Soon to be my wife!❤️❤️🇮🇹💍,” the 28-year-old continued in another post, and admitted he was super nervous leading up to the proposal.
“Can’t wait to officially call you my husband and share your last name 🙏🏽,” Iman, 32, commented.
