Sydney Sweeney’s Swimsuit Boat Moment Gets Even Better With a Surprise Guest

Sydney Sweeney is the queen of dreamy summertime snaps, and her latest social media moment features our favorite co-star. The actress, best known for her role in Euphoria and Anyone But You, shared a cute new video on Instagram of herself and Sully Bear, the German shepherd puppy she adopted earlier this year, cuddled up together at the front of a boat on a crystal clear day.

Set against a storybook-like backdrop of still blue water, towering pine trees and endless skies, the scene was nothing short of idyllic—basically, what we imagine heaven might look like. The video was overlayed with the sweet, upbeat tune of “Good Dog” by Tall Guy Short Songs, as Sweeney gently petted Sully, who sat contently in her lap with his tongue out, soaking up every moment.

Dressed in a sleek black long-sleeve one-piece swimsuit, the Laneige and Armani beauty ambassador served serious “legs for days” energy, her toned limbs peeking through the high-cut silhouette. The Washington native’s signature blonde locks were wet and tousled—proof of a refreshing dip in the lake—and she looked completely at ease, radiating joy in the middle of nature.

The 27-year-old, an avid lover of the outdoors, has been documenting life with Sully Bear since April. The adorable German shepherd puppy has joined her on press tours, photo shoots and red carpets—and even made his magazine debut alongside her on the cover of The Sunday Times Style.

It’s no surprise the two are inseparable, especially considering her first dog, Tank—a pitbull mix she rescued as a teen—has been by her side through every chapter, from Sharp Objects to global stardom.

“My whole dream, since I got her in high school, was to be able to get her a backyard,” Sweeney once told Vogue of Tank. In 2021, she made that dream a reality. Now, she’s giving Sully Bear the same love-filled lifestyle.
