This Is Hailey Bieber’s No. 1 Favorite Wellness Tip

The skincare entrepreneur divulged her go-to self-care method on Instagram.

In order to wrap up 2023, the Rhode skincare Instagram account shared a summary of founder and creative director Hailey Bieber’s 10 favorite things from the year. Among them were the 27-year-old’s fave glam (strawberry glaze makeup) and her most beloved look (a sparkly pink mini she wore for her brand’s first anniversary party) over the course of the past 12 months.

The Dec. 30 carousel also included Bieber’s favorite wellness tip: a classic Epsom salt bath.

“I usually take time for myself at the end of the day. I love to do a bath with candles and bath salts,” Bieber previously told Marie Claire. “I think Epsom salt is really good for detoxing your body and your muscles. I might throw on a little face mask and hang.”

Bieber is clearly on to something: per the Cleveland Clinic, an Epsom salt bath can relieve stress and inflammation while also relaxing muscle pain and easing anxiety, so soaking in one can benefit both your mind and body.

The post also included a black-and-white teaser image of the model and media personality’s “favorite thing planned for 2024.” In the pic, various shades of a forthcoming Rhode product were being tested on Bieber’s forearm. The teaser drew plenty of fans to the comments section, and while some begged for a hint, others made their guesses.

“RHODE BLUSH?!?!? 😵‍💫😵‍💫,” one person predicted.

“CREAM STICK BLUSH???????” another concurred.

“So excited for the New Year launch 😍,” one user added.

“Looking forward to the new products in 2024!! Love you ✨💗,” someone else applauded.
