We’re Immediately Inspired by Sixtine’s 2024 List of Body Neutrality Ins and Outs

The SI Swimsuit model and TikTok influencer is always dropping valuable advice.
Sixtine

Sixtine.

Sixtine lives by the motto “your body is the least interesting thing about you,” and she’s constantly encouraging fans to do the same. The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, who was photographed by Yu Tsai in Dominica for her feature with the magazine, is also a body neutrality TikToker. She recently shared her ins and outs of 2024, like many people have been doing across social media. The New York City resident catered her bullet points to fit her personal brand with a “body neutrality edition” of the popular list.

Sixtine is advocating for more of the following in the year ahead:

  • Being naked as often as possible
  • Moving our bodies for the sake of movement [as opposed to] aesthetic purposes
  • Wearing whatever you feel good in
  • Giving yourself grace
  • Nourishing your body with yummy foods
  • Body gratitude

The influencer’s list of outs included:

  • Negative self-talk comparing ourselves
  • Excessively working out/over doing it
  • Making comments on others’ bodies
  • Waiting till you lose x amount of weight to do something
  • Facetune and Photoshop
  • Diets and pointless restrictions

The 26-year-old was filmed on a gorgeous sunny balcony in a brown bikini and matching mesh cover-up to accompany her list.

“in case you needed a break from all the diet culture content that comes with the new year 🤍 #bodyneutrality #antidietculture,” Sixtine captioned the post she shared with her 842,000 TikTok followers. Her message served as an important reality check among the unnecessary amount of health- and wellness-related content that circulates social media during the star of every year.

The model, who walked in the SI Swimsuit Runway Show at Miami Swim Week last summer, donned a cropped T-shirt that read “My body is not a trend.”
