Jasmine Sanders Shares Empowering Message About Getting Back Into Fitness
Jasmine Sanders is getting back into her gym girl era. The social media influencer is candid about letting her fans know that even though she’s sharing her fitness routine and progress pics, she, like everyone else, also lacks motivation from time to time. The model has learned to push through those moments and knows that the feeling at the end of a workout is always worth the few moments of dread.
The five-time SI Swimsuit model, who made her debut in 2019 and graced the cover of the ’20 issue alongside fellow brand stars Olivia Culpo and Kate Bock, got real in her latest Instagram post. She showed off her skills, strength and form as she completed a series of tough toning movements using various gym tools like a BOSU ball, resistance bands, medicine balls and more.
The 32-year-old donned a classy black workout set with leggings and a super cropped long sleeve top and kept it simple with white ankle socks, sneakers and a baseball cap. She showed off her impressive sculpted and muscular figure in a quick mirror snippet at the end of the montage set to Beyoncé’s “MY HOUSE.”
“‘My pain today is my strength tomorrow.’ I read this quote as I walked in @dogpound last month feeling broken, drained, and exhausted. This is a video showing how I push through all of my pain (mentally and physically) No matter how hard things get or how frustrating things may be.. I will keep going,” she captioned the clip she shared with her 6.3 million Instagram followers on Dec. 5. “I love recording videos in the gym.. not only to correct my form but to see the fight in my eyes, the drive to keep going, and the sparkle in my smile returning. This is a reminder to keep going. Keep pushing past the whispers. Stop standing in your own way. Give yourself grace but also take life by the horns. You got it!”
