When it comes to incorporating regular movement into your days, there’s one thing in particular that matters most: consistency. SI Swimsuit model and certified fitness trainer Katie Austin knows this to be true, and the 30-year-old influencer shared a few helpful tips on Instagram recently that really hone in on the notion of consistency.

“Wondering why you’re not seeing results right away?” she posed to her followers in the caption. “Remember: good things take time. Stay committed, stay focused, and trust the process. EVERY little bit counts.”

Austin then listed five ways in which we can all stand to prioritize our well-beings.

“Decide to show up for yourself each and every day through: daily movement, drink enough water, eat nutritious foods, get enough rest, recovery & stretching days,” she added.

Austin, who is founder and creator of The Katie Austin App, offered the advice on her brand’s Instagram account alongside footage of herself doing many of those tasks. She walked on a treadmill, prepared a healthy meal, exercised and stretched throughout the quick video loop.

“So. Freaking. True,” one of the brand’s 14,700 followers commented.

“needed this today🤍,” someone else added.
