Certified fitness trainer Katie Austin offered up a quick arm workout on Instagram that will leave you toned in no time, and best of all, it requires minimal equipment.

Austin’s “favorite arm toning sequence” consists of just six exercises, including shoulder external rotations, bicep curls, serve the platters, front raised twists, overhead presses and tricep extensions.

In her Jan. 30 Instagram post, Austin demonstrated each of the moves in a pink two-piece workout set. The sequence requires only a set of dumbbells, so you can get this workout in easily from your home gym or even on the go while you’re traveling.

“Complete each move for 20 seconds, no breaks in between,” the 29-year-old instructed in the caption of her post. “Then rest for 1 min between sets, and repeat 3x❤️‍🔥 these moves work all angles of your upper body from your shoulders, biceps, rotator cuff, and triceps.”

Austin added that followers can download the Katie Austin App to access more than 220 similar on-demand workouts to reach their health and fitness goals.

Several of the 2022 co-Rookie of the Year’s fans chimed in to the comments section of Austin’s post to ask questions and share feedback.

“What lbs weights do you suggest?” inquired one person, to which Austin replied, “I usually do 7.5 lbs but do what’s right for you! Light weights are great with this.”

“Going to try these at home! Spring break is in 2 months!!” added someone else. “I am loving your app!! 🔥,” another person shared.

One person piped in to comment, “I used to do your moms workouts in the 80s and 90s!” referencing Austin’s fitness guru mother, Denise Austin.
