Certified fitness trainer and health coach Katie Austin just shared a workout video on TikTok that’s perfect for moving your body while you’re on the go. The equipment-free workout focuses on toning your glutes and abs, and can be done just about anywhere.

In the brief clip, Austin wore a purple workout set and white athletic sneakers while she demonstrated each move on a pink yoga mat. The three-time SI Swimsuit model’s workout included cross climbers, back leg lifts, bicycles, hip bridge holds and side leg lifts.

“Try this quick booty & abs workout in your living room, hotel, outside, anywhere anytime!” the 29-year-old wrote in her caption.

Her Katie Austin App features more than 250 on-demand workouts and healthy recipes. Plus, she recently launched a summer challenge that’s guaranteed to get you feeling confident for the warm months ahead.

In 2021, Austin was named co-winner of the brand’s Swim Search, and earned co-Rookie of the Year honors in ’22. She returned to the SI Swimsuit Issue for her third year this May and posed for photographer James Macari in the Dominican Republic.
