American Idol’s biggest fan and longtime host Katy Perry is celebrating the show’s 21st birthday with an adorable throwback photo from her own milestone celebration.

She shared a pic on Instagram from when she reached the legal drinking age and dished about how she partied.

#idol is celebrating its 21st bday this year,” the 38-year-old captioned the March 5 post she shared with her 193 million followers. “When I turned 21 I rented a roller skating rink 🛼 and had McDonald’s ‘cater’ along w/ 2 kegs in the middle of the rink… and two friends broke bones but we had a lot of fun (so I was told idk I had just turned 21 🤸🏻‍♀️🍹) anyway watch #idol rn.”

“We stan,” Matthew Mazur chirped.

“I love her,” Sofia Rossi gushed.

“Sweet angel,” Johnny Wujek wrote.

The “Firework” singer added a call to action for her followers to comment and share how they celebrated their own milestone birthdays.

“let me know what YOU did for your 21st (that you can remember) in the comments,” she wrote. Fans clearly understood the assignment.

“I had dinner at Olive Garden with my parents and shared wine with them for the first time 😆,” someone wrote.

“We recently went to your show to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday (Valentine’s Day),” one parent added. “Your show and a drink from Fat Tuesdays was a day to remember!❤️.”

Perry has been a host on the ABC reality music show since Season 16 in 2018. The competition’s most recent season premiered on Feb. 19.
