Jennifer Lopez’s Latest Manicure Is the Cure for Winter Blues

The superstar’s nail artist shared a hue that’s perfect for the season.

While many of us opt for moody nail colors during the late fall, Jennifer Lopez is making the case for something a bit brighter. If you’re ready to step away from the greige or burgundy polish you’ve been sporting in recent weeks, take a cue from the Grammy Award nominee herself.

Lopez has been sporting a dark blue manicure of late, according to the Dec. 1 Instagram photo her nail artist, Tom Bachik, shared with his 621,000 followers. In the snap, the Hustlers actress held a bedazzled cup with both hands to show off her long squoval nails that were artfully adorned.

Each fingertip was painted in a shade reminiscent of the winter night sky, and we think it’s the perfect seasonal manicure to adopt before you move on to the bright red shades and sparkles the holiday season often brings.

“Winter Blues 💙 💙,” Bachik aptly captioned the photo showing off his work.

“Wow, so beautiful 😍💙💙💙💙💙,” one fan gushed in return.

“Beautiful❤️❤️❤️, another user cheered.

“Ok I think I’ll do this next,” someone noted.

“Beautiful color 😍,” an additional follower concurred.

While Bachik didn’t detail the exact products he used to achieve the look on Lopez, be sure to bring the photo along to your next salon appointment if you’re hoping to attain something similar. We love that the hue is anything but basic—and will surely do the trick to keep the seasonal blues at bay for the time being.
