Kylie Jenner Teases New Cosmetics Collection and It Has Fans Feeling Nostalgic

It’s officially 2016 again—at least in the realm of King Kylie.

Kylie Jenner has been teasing an exciting new drop from her popular Kylie Cosmetics brand, and the promotional items have had fans feeling nostalgic.

Earlier this week, the reality TV star, brand mogul and mom of two posted a new photo set to her Instagram account. The cover photo featured a close-up selfie of the superstar, with a screenshot of a tweet from 2022 placed overtop reading, “if i just so happen to do a King Kylie collection what products would u guys like to see?”

Needless to say, the photos in the set coupled with the caption reading, “this ones for you … 🤍,” were enough to send hardcore fans of the brand into a frenzy.

Long live King Kylie

In the photo set, Jenner included screenshots of multiple product requests from fans for items that the brand has long stopped producing, including things like “skull packaging,” “teal eyeshadow” and specific merch. On the last slide, a fan even requested that the superstar create another promo video like the one she did back in 2016 when announcing the launch of her lip glosses.

But the hints didn’t end there. After Jenner—who founded the wildly popular cosmetics line back in 2014—shared her nostalgic photo set, she dropped a new video on all of her social media platforms. The clip featured the superstar handcuffed as she was being escorted down a hallway in an all-black two-piece set. As the camera panned from the floor up to her torso, it was revealed that Jenner had black hair with teal highlights—a combo she rocked throughout the mid-2010s, which became her signature look at the time.

The video ended with a QR code leading fans to Snapchat, letting them know that further information about the upcoming collection would become available sometime today, Oct. 12.

As you can already imagine, Jenner’s fans were ecstatic about this news, with plenty of her loyal followers and famous friends happy to hop in her comment section to share their excitement over the mysterious announcement:

“Majorrrr 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” Ariel Tejada wrote.

“we’re so back 👀👸🏻,” Carter Gregory proclaimed.

“THIS IS FINALLY HAPPENING,” Johnny Cyrus exclaimed.

“it’s the last slide for me!!!!!!!!!!!! we are READY!!!” Maguire Grace Amundsen added, referring to the slide hinting at a new promo video.

While more information about the collection should become available shortly, fans should keep an eye on Jenner’s Snapchat for any news in the meantime!
