Salma Hayek had the best plus one to the Oscars on Sunday. The actress and her daughter, Valentina, walked the champagne carpet hand-in-hand.

Both women donned gorgeous fiery red dresses for the March 12 event. The 15-year-old’s gown featured a strapless neckline and a flared tulle skirt, while Hayek donned a sequined halter neck Gucci number with a circular chest cut-out. Stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray paired the custom gown with a gold clutch and one massive ring.

Hayek voiced Kitty Softpaws in last year’s Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. The film was nominated for Best Animated Feature Film, but lost to Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio. The actress and Antonio Banderas presented the Oscar for Best International Feature Film to All Quiet on the Western Front.

Salma Hayek and Valentina Paloma Pinault attended the 95th annual Academy Awards.

The 56-year-old shares Valentina with her husband, François-Henri Pinault. She posted the sweetest message and an adorable series of throwback photos and party videos to celebrate her daughter’s birthday last September.

“Happy 15th birthday to my lovely 15th birthday girl,” she wrote on Instagram in Spanish. “Valentina you are my everything, thank you for lighting up our lives with the strength of your wonderful spirit. It’s a privilege to be your Mom. I love you with all my heart ♥️ #theygrowsofast.”

The mother-daughter duo was featured on the cover of Vogue México last April.
