Camille Kostek Celebrates 31st Birthday With Rob Gronkowski in Stunning Floral Dress

Happy birthday, Camille Kostek! The 2019 SI Swimsuit Issue cover model, who recently wrapped up her ’23 SI Swimsuit photo shoot in the Dominican Republic, turned 31 on Feb. 19. Kostek celebrated with her boyfriend, Rob Gronkowski, and some close friends and shared a series of stunning pics on Instagram the next day.

Kostek wore a classy two-piece white-and-blue floral set and white high-heeled boots. The Moni Skirt ($165) and Imogen Corset ($245) are both from Miaou.

Her long blonde locks were loosely curled and tied back into a half-pony.

In the first photo of the carousel post, Kostek and Gronkowski, who have been together since 2013, cozied up and smiled for the camera. A beautiful bouquet of blue flowers sat on the table in front of them. They ate at Contessa, a rooftop restaurant in Boston.

“a little Boston birthday celebration with some people I love 🎈🍰🧚🏻‍♂️,” she captioned the post, which also featured snaps with Danny Direct and Zoe Bucuvalas.

The third slide featured a video of them singing “Happy Birthday.” Kostek interrupted with a sweet “I love you” to the camera.

Gronk also shared a heartfelt IG message to celebrate the occasion, as he does every year.

“Happy Birthday my sweet heart Camille!! Wishing you nothing but love and success,” the former Patriots and Buccaneers player wrote. “You are always so willingly to go over the top for others, so may you enjoy your Birthday Night my ❤️! P.S. you always deserve double flowers 😜 💐.”

The first photo was taken at the restaurant and Kostek leaned her hand on the 33-year-old’s chest. She added a white knit bolero on top of her outfit. The second photo was taken at home and Kostek kissed their dog, Ralphie, while Gronkowski wrapped his arms around them holding two bouquets of flowers.
