Fans Shower Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen With Love After They Welcome Baby Girl

Congratulations are in order for actress Hailee Steinfeld and her Buffalo Bills quarterback husband, Josh Allen! The happy couple are officially parents, as their first child, a baby girl, has arrived.
The 29-year-old Sinners star shared the exciting news in her Substack newsletter, which went out this morning, Thursday, April 2, with the subject line “Special delivery...”
“Our baby girl has arrived!!” Steinfeld wrote. “We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes. Love,
Hailee and Josh.”
Since then, congratulatory messages have been rolling in for the A-lister pair, with many fans leaving sweet notes in the comments section of Steinfeld’s blog post.
“Congratulations to you both!! So happy for you!! A precious baby girl to love!!🩷❤️💙,” one subscriber wrote.
“Beyond thrilled for both of you,” another fan expressed. “I’m so excited and this is the best spot of bright news in my day. Love to both of you and your new baby girl. Can’t wait to hear the new tales and adventures you’ll be on.”
“Congratulations!! Baby girls are the best!! Enjoy these early special moments , it goes soooo fast!” someone else added.
“OMG A GIRL?? MANY CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU, I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. 🥹💗💗,” another enthusiastic comment read.
Steinfeld and Allen, who began dating in 2023, announced they were expecting via a joint Instagram post on Dec. 12, 2025. The famous pair, who tied the knot last May, shared a joint reel in which the couple snuggled up while proudly showing off Steinfeld’s growing baby bump. They were recorded against a snowy winter backdrop while the Hawkeye star rocked a black sweater printed with the word “MOTHER.”
Steinfeld has regularly opened up with fans throughout her pregnancy in her Substack, where she has candidly shared her state of mind leading up to becoming a parent.
“ ... The most profound and grounding part of getting ready for this baby has been the introspective side of it: the quiet conversations I’m having with myself almost every day,” the Academy Award nominee wrote in the Feb. 20 installment of her blog. “Sometimes I find myself asking big, lofty questions (what am I going to be like as a mom?) or having vivid daydreams of what our life is about to look like when the three of us are cuddled up in the nursery together. While tuning in, I’ve experienced this surreal, full-body awareness that our world is about to expand in beautiful ways. We’re getting ready to meet someone we already love so much.”
We wish the happy couple nothing but the best as they embark upon parenthood!
