Kamie Crawford is celebrating one year since being named an SI Swimsuit rookie! The 2010 Miss Teen USA shared an adorable video on Instagram of herself during her photo shoot in St. Croix last year.

“Today marks my ONE YEAR @si_swimsuit rookie anniversary!!! 👙🌊💕 I still can’t believe this is my life,” Crawford captioned her Feb. 13 post. “I’m so honored & blessed to be a part of this incredibly iconic family and now I can officially say I’m the rookie AND the vet 😋 I love you SI & @mj_day - thank you for this insane opportunity of a lifetime✨ #SISwimsuit.”

The video began with Crawford introducing herself and her rookie status.

“I’m so excited. This morning I wasn’t nervous. I was really just trying to make sure that I didn’t miss my alarm because we had a 4:30 a.m. call time,” she explained. “I didn’t really feel jitters until I was like walking to the beach but then I was like, ‘Calm it down, get it together, this is gonna be great.’ And it has been.”

The official SI Swimsuit IG account chimed in to the comments to hype up the podcast host. “Queen Kamie! 💕,” the brand wrote.

Crawford continued to say that the first half of the day being photographed by Derek Kettela went by so fast that she had to check in and make sure that was normal.

“I was like, ‘Is this O.K.? Are we doing well?’” she said. “The whole team was so great and supportive.”

The MTV Catfish co-host clearly has fabulous luck—two rainbows appeared in the sky during her photo shoot. The throwback video she shared featured snippets of herself in various bikinis and in different poses on the sand, against rocks, wading in the water, under trees and in more gorgeous locations.

In one clip, she walked up to the camera to see how one snap turned out.

“What are these settings?” she asked, astonished by how amazing she looked. “I need these settings in my normal life.”

Several members of the SI Swim Team were overheard cheering Crawford on and shouting encouraging messages like, “That’s it,” and, “Perfect Kamie.”

“This is for sure a lifelong dream,” Crawford finished. “I cannot describe to you how surreal it feels. It has not hit me yet. I’m like waiting for it. When is to going to hit me?”
