Natalie Mariduena recently released a fitness documentary in partnership with vitamin brand Xeela in which she detailed how she lost 30 pounds in six months. Since then, the two-time SI Swimsuit model has been showing off her toned abs and red carpet looks on Instagram.

Mariduena is also giving her fans an inspiring look at her body transformation in the gym. Earlier this week, the entrepreneur and influencer shared a TikTok video of herself hard at work on the treadmill.

In the clip, Mariduena is seen running in a blue bodysuit. The snippet then cuts to a visibly more toned version of the model as she sported a two-piece workout set in a similar shade of blue and ran faster on the treadmill.

She captioned her post simply, “progress :).”

The clip has racked up more than 24 million views and thousands of comments in mere days. Lots of followers had questions about Mariduena’s workout routine, while others just congratulated the model on her fitness journey.

“So proud of u!!” wrote fellow SI Swimsuit model Brooks Nader, while a fan chimed in to say, “You’re incredible Natalie! Inspiring, motivating! 🥇.”

The influencer also shared with fans that she created a downloadable PDF, Natalie’s 8 Week Fitness Guide, that details the exact exercise and nutrition plan she followed.

“How long did this take?” asked one person. “Bc I just started and I’m getting so discouraged and I just need a reminder it will all pay off😩.”

Mariduena candidly responded, “i didnt see results until about 6 weeks in. keep going! you got this!!”
