If you’re never one to turn away from advice for better quality sleep, you’ll want to tune in, because Ashley Graham is spilling her secrets. The three-time SI Swimsuit model divulged on TikTok earlier this week that her regular bedtime routine involves taping her mouth closed for more restful slumber.

The video featured a close-up of the mom of three’s face in bed with an “X” of tape across her lips. “Go get it,” she mumbled through the tape to her husband, Justin Ervin. “My eye mask, please.” He zoomed in on Graham’s mouth as she covered her lips with one hand.

“bedtime routine = exposed,” the 2016 SI Swimsuit Issue cover star wrote in her caption. “I swear by this mouth taping situation for a great nights rest.”

Graham’s 1.8 million followers on the platform were divided in the comments section. While some agreed that the method leads to quality sleep, others expressed that they’ve never tried, or even heard of, the solution.

“I LEGIT wear these too! Keeps your mouth from falling open and snoring! Holy crap!! AG and I have something in common!!🤣🤣🤣,” one person wrote, to which Graham replied, “best sleep ever!!”

“What brand do you use?” one person inquired. “I have been wanting to try!”

“At least you don’t have to worry about spiders climbing in there,” someone else pointed out.

“I think [breathe] rights go on your nose. 😂,” another fan quipped.

“🤯🤯🤯 I have to try this now!!” one additional follower added.
