Maggie Rawlins Stuns in Teeny Tiny Striped Bikini, Poses on Lounge Chair
In 2021, Maggie Rawlins traded her scrubs for swimsuits and landed in the SI Swimsuit Issue. The year prior, when the pandemic began, she put her modeling career—which was just taking off—on hold to assist in New York City hospitals as a frontline worker. The registered nurse landed on the cover of Elle Croatia in October 2020 and just last week, she stunned on the front of Vogue Thailand.
Rawlins has slowly been building her social media platform as an aesthetic fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog. She donned a gorgeous blue-green-and-white striped bikini in her most recent Instagram pic and posed on a cushioned lounge chair.
“quick trip 🌞,” she captioned the duo of photos she shared with her 321,000 followers.
In the first snap, Rawlins was captured adjusting her washed navy baseball cap. A Kindle and cold beverage were propped up beside her. In the next snapshot, she was photographed from above while she stretched out on her stomach and caught some sun.
“Reporting this bc it’s too hot 🔥,” Juliana Herz commented.
“Bodayyyy,” wrote Gigi Paris.
“More importantly… what’s on the kindle 📖,” Benjamin Thigpen added.
“Through modeling, I have an incredible platform to raise awareness about causes I care about. I always keep my nurses license active so I can volunteer with OneWorld Health, and step in when needed,” the South Carolina native told People in 2021 about her feature in the magazine. “SI Swimsuit created such an empowering and respectful environment. It was such a thrill to be asked to work with such an iconic brand. From the interviews to the shoots, I always felt like they wanted to represent me well. I just love the focus on diversity. It is so empowering to work with their team. They are so focused on celebrating women, and I think that is a positive influence on our whole society.”
