Sabrina Carpenter has officially bid a fond farewell to her Short n’ Sweet Tour era, and now she’s taking fans behind the scenes via new photos showing how the epic final night unfolded.

The pop sensation set off on the worldwide tour back in September 2024 to promote her Grammy Award-winning album Short n’ Sweet, which featured hits including 2024’s song of the summer “Espresso” and her mega-viral tune “Juno.” She finished up the tour with a six-show stint in Los Angeles this past weekend, with her final show taking place on Sunday, Nov. 23.

Needless to say, her finale performance was a sensational spectacle filled with gorgeous custom costumes, surprise celebrity guests and plenty of tears.

Sequins & style

On Tuesday, Carpenter took to Instagram to delight her 49.4 million followers with a massive photo drop filled with plenty of new photos from her last two shows, providing fans with a peek behind the scenes. For the cover snapshot of the 20-photo carousel, the singer showed off her custom sequin bodysuit, which she wore to open the last show. The piece was a gorgeous combination of pastel shades, comprising a soft blue fading into baby pink with “The End” embroidered across the front.

Other photos in the set showed Carpenter walking up a set of stairs to make it onto the stage in time, snapshots of the passionate crowd singing along, closeups of her many costume changes, photos of her dancers posed together and several of the many celebrity guests who attended the event—a few of whom she “arrested.”

As longtime fans know, Carpenter has a segment during her concerts before she moves into “Juno” wherein she “arrests” someone in the audience for simply being too gorgeous. This moment has become a fan-favorite over the last year, with the gag regularly going viral online, as the cute culprit taken into custody is often a fun celebrity cameo. And for her finale arrest, Carpenter pulled out all the stops, recruiting the one and only Miss Piggy as the final “Juno” girl.

Fans & famous friends react

And of course, many of Carpenter’s loyal followers and famous friends stopped by her comment section on Instagram to share some love with the artist, and to applaud her incredible performance—not just over this weekend, but over the entirety of her tour:

“so proud of you,” Chloe Bailey penned.

“it’s sab’s world and we’re just living in it 😍,” the official account for Amazon Music declared.

“the tour of your dreams 🥺🤍 i’m so proud of you. i’m going to miss this tour more than anything… the highlight of my year truly. so grateful for you and this tour forever <3 love you dearly,” one follower added.

“it really doesn’t get more iconic than this,” the official account for Princess Polly concluded.

And we’d have to agree with that sentiment! Still—while we’ll certainly miss those weekly “Juno” moments popping up on our timelines—we can’t wait to see what Carpenter does next.
