Sixtine, a 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue rookie and body neutrality TikToker, recently took the opportunity to normalize stretch marks, and we couldn’t adore her more for it.

When a fan inquired how she treats her stretch marks, the 26-year-old shared an incredibly candid response on Instagram on Monday. “The simple answer is, I don’t,” Sixtine stated. “I have them.”

The model and influencer then panned her camera over her body to show off her cellulite and stretch marks. “It may look like I don’t have stretch marks, but I promise, they’re there,” she stated in reference to a recent post in which she was pictured clad in lingerie.

“Stretch marks, as well as cellulite, are completely normal, and most people have them,” Sixtine continued. “Even some of my skinnier, size 0 friends have stretch marks. The internet is fake, people tend to hide things, photos don’t show everything, even videos don’t show everything, so just because you don’t see it on someone in a photo, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist ... I promise, stretch marks are fine.”

Clearly, plenty of Sixtine’s 133,000 followers felt seen and chimed in to the comments section to thank her for her transparency.

“thank youu🥺,” the user who posed the question responded. “I feel insecure with them some times and there are times I accept them.. much love ❤️.”

“I love how transparent you are,” someone else applauded. “And no, we don't need to hide our bodies. They are not perfect, but they are ours and deserve to be loved.”

“You are a star 🔥🔥🔥,” another fan cheered. “so good that you are honest and real.”
