Ashley Graham is beautiful both inside and out, and the supermodel reminded her fans just how much with a recent social media post.

The 2016 SI Swimsuit Issue cover star took to Instagram on Nov. 30 to share a fresh-faced selfie while also providing some words of wisdom. The 36-year-old mom of three posted a close-up pic that showcased her cute freckles, glowing skin, full lips and dark brown eyes.

“You will keep her (insert your name) in perfect peace, her mind is stayed on you because she trusts in you. isaiah 26:3,” Graham wrote in her caption, referencing a line of scripture. “Repetition out of your mouth will change your heart and your mind. This is a verse I like to repeat when i’m looking for reassurance.”

Many of her 21.7 million followers piped in to the comments section to compliment her natural beauty, while others praised Graham for her encouraging words.

“Absolutely angelic 🤍😇,” one gushed.

“Lovely thought…lovely you!” someone else added. “Thank you!😍.”

Graham, who is longtime Revlon brand ambassador, is always chic, whether she’s walking the runway or displaying her model-off-duty street style. What we most adore, however, is her overall beauty philosophy, which focuses on internal factors, rather than external ones.

“When you’re kind to yourself, everything else falls into place. It’s not about the exterior, it’s about the interior,” she told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year. “My mum’s philosophy has always been to never talk badly to yourself. Talk nicely to yourself. You’ve got a long life ahead of you, so why start off on a bad foot?"
