Here’s How Cindy Kimberly Achieves Her ’90s ‘Baddie Blowout’ Look
Cindy Kimberly is the best at makeup tutorials, and now she’s venturing into teaching fans how she styles her hair. “Here’s my ’90s movie baddie blowout look,” she teased in her latest TikTok video.
After washing her hair with Good Behavior Ultra Smooth Shampoo ($32) and Conditioner ($32), Kimberly tossed her dark locks up into a white towel and did her glam for the day, which included a bold lip, subtle winged eyeliner, blush and contour, inner-corner highlight and mascara.
“Nothing too crazy. Just my current everyday makeup look... Which is maybe a little crazy,” she said. “What can I say? I like a face beat.”
The 24-year-old then prepped her soaking wet hair with Good Behavior Blowout Balm ($34), 4-in-1 Prep Spray ($32) to detangle and added heat protectant with Smoothing Spray ($34), which is formulated with spirulina protein. Shop all three styling products in an $80 bundle for an “at-home keratin-like treatment.”
The LOBA by Cindy Kimberly founder then styled her hair with the viral T3 Blow Dry Brush ($189.99). She clipped half of her hair up and focused on the lower half first. To eliminate frizz, Kimberly ran the brush through her hair a few times on the inside and then on the outside. She styled the voluminous curls away from her face and held the brush at the end of each section for a few seconds.
“At the top, I’m gonna go upwards and away from my face to give it that ’90s Denise Richards-type volume,” she said about her shorter sections of hair. “I kind of blow my bangs every way in case I want to just change my part.”
Her final step is to take a small spoolie or brush with some hair gel or hair spray and lay down her baby hairs.
“This usually lasts me like three good days, its my go-to hairstyle,” the 2022 SI Swimsuit model stated. “I feel like it just works with everything.”
