Nicolandria’s Metallic ‘Love Island USA’ Reunion Looks May Just Be Their Best ‘Fits Yet

The couple reunited with a number of their Season 7 castmates during Monday night’s premiere.

It seemed like all eyes were on the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion on Monday night, and we’re not surprised.

The Hollywood Reporter explained that the show’s latest run was the “biggest season for any Peacock original in the streamer’s history” with “8.4 billion minutes of watch time—about 306.67 million hours—over its six-week run, according to internal data from NBCUniversal.”

Therefore, when it was time for the islanders to step back onto the network’s screen, its runners-up, Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe, debuted two outfits that commanded our attention.

Sporting custom Julian Mendez Couture, the duo (commonly referred to as “Nicoladria”) repped complementary bronze ensembles. Carthen sported a sparkling halter-neck gown—with a plunging neckline and high slit—while her man repped a satin suit of a similar shade, paired with brown loafers. Sharing their looks in a joint Instagram post, commenters could not get enough.

“thank yewwww!!!!” Golloria George commented.

“MOM & DAD 🥹,” Agua De Kefir—who partnered with the couple for a campaign that launched on Aug. 17—added.

“Freakingggg,” Remi Bader agreed.

And the duo is still causing a stir off-screen, as 2025 French Open champion and current US Open competitor Coco Gauff gushed over the franchise and its second-place couple during the competition in Queens, New York.

“Love Island took up my whole summer quite literally,” Gauff told the media at the event, which the US Open shared to Instagram. Carthen responded, “I heard you were a Nicolandria Stan 😏❤️,” tagging the athlete and adding, “I love you queen! 🫶🏾.”

Gauff confirmed: “huge stan!!! I was defending you guys down! thanks to us open for shooting my shot for me 😂 would love to have you guys at a match!!” She also extended the invite to Season 7’s Michelle “Chelley” Bissainthe.

SI Swimsuit model Achieng Agutu also put her stamp of approval on the relationship, scribing: “Finding the [Vansteenberghe] to my [Carthen] 😮‍💨 One lip combo at a time” while attempting to recreate the Alabama native’s makeup look. The duo recently teamed up with NYX to bring The Nicolandria Lip Combo to life earlier this month.

Carthen spread some love to the couple’s supporters on Monday, telling Peacock, “To the Nicolandria community, thank you for your support, your kind words and thank you for always wanting the best of us and just pushing us to do our best.” Vansteenberghe signed off the clip with a nod to the fanbase’s nickname, “Shoutout The Hive.”
