Selena Gomez Embraces Corpcore Craze in Sleek Black Suit for New Photos

Selena Gomez is the latest celebrity to take part in the popular corpcore fashion trend, and she put her own twist on it to make it perfect for any occasion.

The superstar took to Instagram this week, opening her latest photo drop with a mirror selfie where she could be seen in a corpcore ensemble consisting of a fitted black blazer over a black top and wide black pants. She adorns her monochrome attire with an elegant gold belt that adds just the right amount of color. Following the gold of the belt are a pair of gold earrings and a gold ring. As the cherry on top of the sophisticated outfit, she wore her hair in a sleek style with a clean part going down the middle.

Bringing all-black to the corpcore trend makes this outfit great for the office, a night out with friends or even as an upscale look to wear around the house while guests are over. Once again, Gomez has given social media a look for the books!

Alongside this selfie, the 32-year-old singer gave her Instagram fans a peek into what she’s been up to as of late. Between lying in bed next to a cuddly teddy bear, eating an assortment of pasta and going bowling, life seems to be going on pretty well for Gomez. And with a wedding on the way, it’s safe to say that this celebrity is feeling on top of the world.

Also pictured in her Instagram compilation a few times is none other than Benny Blanco, Gomez’s fiancé. As noted above, the two are currently in the process of wedding planning, but neither of them is in a rush, as they’re still figuring out the logistics of the big day.

“We haven’t figured out like anything in our wedding yet—the only thing I’ve said straight up as a part of the food is that I want Jake [Cohen] to do the challah,” Blanco told Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware. “That’s all I care about. He makes the best challah I’ve ever had.“

And Blanco isn’t the only one discussing things the couple does and doesn’t want for their big day, as Gomez has also said she may choose to forgo having a classic bride and groom first dance, noting she finds that particular wedding tradition a little nerve-racking.

“I don’t think we’re looking at having one of those ‘cause they’re a little—I feel embarrassed,“ she shared.

Although the details of Gomez and Blanco’s special day are still being ironed out, everything else seems to be going smoothly for the pair!
