It’s official: Nelly Korda is engaged!

While the professional golfer and two-time Olympian generally keeps her life off the green private, this Friday, Nov. 28, Korda took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her 1.2 million followers. While she opted not to tag her fiancé in the photos, several sources—including the LPGA and Golf Digest—have reported that the groom-to-be is Casey Gunderson.

And to the delight of her fans, the sweet announcement was accompanied by a gorgeous spread of chic, stylish engagement photos.

Radiant romance, timeless style

In the intimate 9-photo carousel, which Korda sweetly captioned, “In this life… & the next 💍,” she sported several looks that positively screamed “blushing bride-to-be.”

For the cover snapshot, the professional golfer posed with her head in her fiancé’s lap, the two looking at each other with smitten smiles. Korda wore a crisp white high-neck gown for the photo, and a newspaper draped over her lap featured a headline simply reading, “We’re getting married!” In another photo, fans got a better look at the full ensemble as the athlete posed on a bartop, showing that the dress also had a daring low back for added edge, with two ties cascading behind her—almost like the train of a wedding gown.

But that wasn’t the only fashionable look Korda donned for the shoot, with another set of snapshots showing the professional golfer and her husband-to-be embracing on the beach in cozy-looking sweaters as the sun set behind them. Still, our favorite photo of the bunch had to be their daring ocean plunge, in which the two lovebirds took a dramatic dip while remaining fully clothed. There, Korda wore another beautiful white gown as the two frolicked and kissed in the sparkling water at golden hour.
