Sixtine, a rookie in the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue, is the queen of the TikTok Swimsuit Series, so it’s only fitting that she was featured in this year’s magazine. The body neutrality influencer was photographed by Yu Tsai in Dominica and the photos are absolutely breathtaking.

“To me, being a rookie feels powerful and strong,” she said while on location earlier this year. “I’ve always said that I never want to be just a pretty face as a model. If I have a platform, I want to be able to use it, and being a rookie allows me to do that.”

The Texas native, who was born in Belgium, moved to New York City when she was 18 to pursue modeling full-time. She has since been breaking barriers and continues to call out brands that stray from their commitment to size inclusivity or ad campaigns that heavily retouch photos.
