Katie Austin Shares 5 Excellent Reminders for Your Next Workout

We know we can always turn to certified fitness trainer Katie Austin for not only great workout content, but helpful reminders about balance and overall well-being along the way.

The 30-year-old SI Swimsuit model shared a few helpful reminders on her brand’s Instagram page earlier this week that may just help provide that extra dose of motivation for your next sweat sesh.

Austin’s reminders for your daily workout are as follows:

  • Every day and every workout gets you one step closer
  • Think about how energized and accomplished you’ll feel after
  • Concentrate on the muscle you’re working - I promise it makes a difference
  • Your hard work today lays the foundation for tomorrow
  • Have fun!!

In her Feb. 22 post, Austin provided the list of pointers over top a video of herself working out on a yoga mat in a black athleisure set.

“One workout at a time👏,” she wrote in her caption, encouraging followers of The Katie Austin App to approach their fitness journey one step at a time. “I promise you may not be able to tell but your hard work is paying off!!”

“YES, I did that in my class last night. I did concentrate on the muscles and form,” one follower commented. “We did a warm-up, 3 rounds, 30 sec each w/10 sec rest in between and then some deep core! We didn't focus on how many reps, but on quality! Felt great!! 😁.”

“AMAZING👏👏,” Austin’s page replied. “we love that for you❤️.”
