According to the MWH founder, wellness and progress begins with a positive attitude and self-belief.

Physical exertion is only possible given a positive mentality. This is certainly true of exercise, but also true of any sort of goals or challenges that you set for yourself.

Workout and wellness leader Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is a big believer that righting your mind and promoting a healthy mindset is key to any sort of movement you intend to do throughout your day. Want to get more out of your workout? Looking to achieve more in your work or personal goals? Ensuring that you are approaching everything with positivity and self-encouragement is the first step, per the MWH founder.

All of Wood-Tepperberg’s mantras revolve around maximizing personal wellness in everyday life. The same is true of the most recent one she shared to her Instagram: “The body achieves what the mind believes.”

It is with this mantra that Wood-Tepperberg sets out to tackle her goals, whether exercise-minded or personal. “@melissawoodtepperberg dives into each day with an unyielding spirit,” her health platform noted in the caption of a recent Instagram reel. “She finds her inspiration not only in crafting her own flows but also in the creative energy of fellow platform creators. Through embracing their unique styles, Melissa nurtures her passion and fuels her own creative fire. What will you achieve today?”

The certified Pilates and yoga instructor, who recently welcomed two new instructors to her MWH platform, finds motivation through dialogue with her fellow creators, and, of course, through believing in herself. With self-belief, your body can achieve the goals you set for it, whether exercise-related or otherwise.
