Do you ever find yourself stuck in a rut when it comes to your fitness routine? You’re not alone. Adjusting your exercises for the season is just one of many ways to spark some joy in your typical sweat session. Luckily, Melissa Wood-Tepperberg has the perfect summer workout series, as it takes place in the swimming pool.

The workout and wellness leader demonstrated a few moves in an outdoor pool on Instagram on June 20. Wood-Tepperberg looked perfectly chic while doing so, and donned a blue jean bikini, Western-inspired hat and pair of sunglasses. The MWH founder ran in place and performed jumping jacks in waist-deep water.

“Who’s ready for water workouts & pool pilates season to start?!” she asked of her one million IG followers in the caption. “I have a series on MWH and will be giving our members so many more this Summer to level things up 🔝 (IYKYK). Tell me exactly what you want me to focus on and deliver for you?💦💪🏼 melissawoodhealth.com.”

The certified Pilates and yoga instructor’s platform currently features several pool workouts, including “22 Min Power Water Workout,” “18 Min Full Body Water Aerobics” and “20 Min Pool Pilates,” all available to MWH subscribers.

“Can’t wait!! Will the pool sessions be postpartum friendly?!” one person inquired in the comments.

“I want to see a whole routine in the water please 🙌🙌,” someone else pleaded.

“Legsssss 🔥 workouts for legs,” another fan requested of Wood-Tepperberg’s forthcoming content.
