Ellie Thumann Is ‘Embracing the Chaos’ Ahead of the Holidays in Multiple Must-Have Fall Items

This autumn, the model and content creator has expertly styled cool and cozy ensembles that are absolutely worthy of obsession.

Ellie Thumman’s closet is filled with fall ensembles that capture the cozy and glamorous aesthetic of autumn. Her latest Instagram posts have provided a glimpse into the incredible outfits she owns, and her most recent photo drop has done the same.

Kicking off her post, Thumann posed for a selfie while wearing a comfortable-looking fur coat. The white and light brown colors stand out against the backdrop of the gray fall skies, as does her delicious caramel-colored drink and her blonde tresses held up by a hair clip. In more snapshots, she revealed her entire outfit consisted of a black top, denim jeans and pointed black shoes.

Another ensemble worth obsessing over was her polka dot number, especially since this was the design that dominated the summer and seems to be making its way into autumn. Her take on the popular pattern was through a chic dress with ruffles decorating the sleeves, collar and trim. She paired this look with black knee-high boots, a classic fall staple.

The model had several more bangers, including another black and white polka dot ensemble, a great showing of why brown and leather go hand-in-hand, a gray blazer jacket that embodied corpcore chic and a few others. Every single outfit was as sophisticated as the previous, proving that Thumann is a fashionista who effortlessly thrives in the autumn.

While she is privvy to slaying a fall look, it seems that Thumann is having a little difficulty in other areas of the season. She took to her TikTok to explain that, while she loves the warmth that comes from a latte in the mornings via the espresso machine she got for her birthday, the process can sometimes be the opposite of cozy.

“As much as I love it because I can actually make a latte now, [...] it is the most overwhelming process to even just like get the beans in the machine, and it ends up just spilling everywhere,“ she explained. “Every time I get it on my outfit—I just spilled it all over my new Tommy robe—I’m just like, ‘All right. Can this be less messy?’“

Fortunately, the trade-off of getting her robe stained is having a delicious beverage in a cute cup. While Thumann may be a little annoyed by the mess, she still knows how to embrace all the chaos. Be it with her fashion-forward looks or her cozy drinks, the model remains a mood this autumn.
