Kendall Jenner is willing to bet that she isn’t afraid to poke fun at herself—in fact, she’d probably put money on it.

The model took to Instagram this week to share an ad in conjunction with her latest brand partnership, Fanatics Sports Books, ahead of Super Bowl weekend. In the humorous video, Jenner outright references a longtime internet conspiracy theory claiming she’s “cursed” when it comes to the athletes she dates, and you better believe she had plenty of fun with the message.

Jenner’s “kurse”

“Haven’t you heard? The internet says I’m cursed,” the model teases at the start of the clip, which sees her enjoying a spot of tea by the pool in an elegant, monochromatic ensemble. She goes on to explain for those not in the know that the basketball players she’s dated over the years tend to experience a bit of a “rough patch.” However, the model joked that this was all part of her master plan, as she was actually using this phenomenon to her advantage the whole time.

“While the world’s been talking about it, I’ve been betting on it,” Jenner playfully told the audience before walking around a mansion and showing off the many items she’s purchased over the years, all thanks to these “bets.” She then coyly added, “How else do you think I can afford all of this? Modeling?!”

Jenner ended the ad on a private jet (which she joked came courtesy of “boyfriend three”), revealing to the audience that she’ll be using Fanatics Sports Book this year to bet on Super Bowl LX. Fans can decide to bet with her or against her, with the model writing in the caption on Instagram, “let’s put this kurse to the test on the biggest stage. who should I pick? 😇 @fanaticssportsbook@fanatics”

Fans, family & famous friends react

Of course, with a commercial this self-referential, plenty of Jenner’s fans, family members and famous friends were quick to stop by her comment section to laugh along with her:

“So genius,” Hailey Bieber praised.

“⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️,” sister Khloe Kardashian declared before adding in a separate comment, “Best commercial ever created.”

“can’t stop watching this hahah,” sister Kylie Jenner giggled.

“kendall. jenner. bahahahahhahahahahhahh.” Bella Hadid simply wrote.

“This is everything and more!!!” Kristin Juszczyk declared.

Super Bowl LX

Fans will have to wait a bit longer to see who Jenner decides to use her “curse” on, as Super Bowl LX is still just under two weeks away. In California, the AFC Championship-winning New England Patriots will take on the NFC’s best in the Seattle Seahawks, with the game kicking off (literally) at 6:30 p.m. ET.
