Kylie Jenner’s Fave Timothée Chalamet Movies Couldn’t Be More Different

Kylie Jenner is weighing in on her favorite films on Timothée Chalamet’s impressive résumé, and her top selections couldn’t be more different.
Earlier this week, the brand mogul sat down for a chat with recording artist Kid Cudi on the first episode of his new podcast Big Bro With Kid Cudi. The two talked candidly about a wide range of topics over the course of their hour-long conversation, covering everything from Jenner’s current role within Kylie Cosmetics to her favorite video games and beyond.
Eventually, the conversation landed on her relationship with the aforementioned Academy Award-nominated actor, and Cudi asked Jenner which of his films was her “favorite.” She had a few in mind, but went so far as to call one specific movie “pretty perfect.”
Jenner’s favorite Chalamet films
“That’s hard for me because I feel like I really love them all,” Jenner told the host before adding, “But Call Me by Your Name is pretty, like, perfect, you know? It’s just pretty perfect.” Cudi seconded her pick, sharing more about his own relationship with the actor—whom he first met when Chalamet was 17 years old—recalling how Chalamet would often “thank” him in speeches during the press tour for that specific film.
Still, that wasn’t Jenner’s only choice! She went on to add that she “really loves the Dunes,” and the two shared their excitement about the third film’s release, which is slated for later this year. Cudi also revealed that he’d seen Wonka—a musical prequel film wherein Chalamet played the titular fictional chocolatier—with Jenner, with the reality TV star noting, “I mean, I saw it, like, seven times.”
Jenner and Kylie Cosmetics
As noted above, Jenner also discussed her mega-popular brand, Kylie Cosmetics, and her continued involvement in its day-to-day operations. Like Cudi, some fans may be surprised to learn just how hands-on the founder remains, even over a decade later.
“I do some work off my phone, and then I’m usually at the office three or four days a week ... I’m super involved. I mean, I do the Instagram, I do all the marketing, all the shoots, picking the models. All the makeup, all the formulas—it’s hard for me to, like, hand it off ‘cause it’s my baby,” Jenner revealed. After Cudi noted that he understood where she was coming from as far as taking ownership of her products, Jenner added, “I mean, I put up all my own money I’d made from the show, and I just, like, went for it.”
