Rob Gronkowski Celebrates Camille Kostek’s Birthday With Sweet Photo Drop

The four-time Super Bowl champion took to Instagram to share a celebratory message dedicated to his longtime partner.

Camille Kostek was flooded with birthday wishes yesterday, Feb. 19, sharing numerous sweet sentiments to her Instagram story for her one million followers to see. However, one particular note, from her beau, Rob Gronkowski, particularly caught our eye.

The four-time Super Bowl champion, who notched the first three with the New England Patriots and his final title with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021, shared five snaps with the Kostek to his grid for the festive occasion.

“Happy Birthday my Love! ❤️❤️,” Gronkowski penned under the carousel. In its first snap, the duo smiles in similar pastel ensembles. The former University of Arizona athlete shared four more frames of the duo in the collection, along with a solo pic of Kostek in a taupe ensemble posing on a boat in motion.

Fans of the duo headed to the post’s comment section to add their own celebratory notes and swoon over the longtime couple, who were introduced through the New England organization when Gronkowski was a player and Kostek was a cheerleader.

“It’s the last pic for me 🦋,” one user commented, referring to a black and white image of Growskoski and Kostek both laughing, with the model on her beau’s back.

“favorite couple 🫶,” a commenter added.

Another fan agreed, writing separately, “The cutest couple!!!😍🥳❤️.”

Of their relationship, which has spanned over 10 years to date, Gronkowski previously provided some insight into the couple’s dynamic in a February 2025 conversation with The New York Post. When asked by the outlet “to reflect” on the entirety of their journey together, along with “what the future holds,” the athlete confidently answered, “There has been a lot of success in that decade, and it just keeps continuing.”

He later added in the same interview, “We’re going to keep continuing that success and just keep working together. We help each other out, we get together and share each other’s schedules and we manage it with perfection, especially sharing a dog [Ralphie, a French bulldog] as well, which is the joy of our lives, too.”

More recently, in September of 2025, Kostek revealed the duo’s “next big couple goal” while chatting with PEOPLE, telling the publication that she envisions a front-page feature for th both of them in their future.

She elaborated, “Rob does so many professional shoots, I do so many professional shoots, but we never shot anything together, so we’re looking to shoot a cover together.”
