Alix Earle Declares She Wants to Make a Major Hair Change, and Her Fans Have Feelings

There’s nothing like a fresh look to embrace a new year.

With 2026 on the horizon, now is a better time than any to undergo a new change. Alix Earle is certainly on par with this sentiment, as the former Dancing with the Stars competitor is currently contemplating making a big transformation to her trademark blonde hair.

Earle recently took to her TikTok to give her fans a rundown on her holiday plans. In addition to going to see her extended family at their favorite pizza joint and potentially going on a trip, she also may carve out some time to dye her hair brown or even give her locks a trim.

“I am feeling crazy. I think I either want to dye my hair brown or I want to cut bangs,” Earle expressed in the video. Her little sister chimed in and shot down the idea of her going brunette, but was all for Earle sporting bangs, much like the curtain style she had on an episode of Dancing With the Stars.

“I mean, it doesn’t have to be anything so crazy. I’m just like wanting to drastically change my appearance,” the 25-year-old added.

“Vote on bangs or brown hair plz,” Earle wrote in the caption of her post, and her TikTok fans had much to say on the matter.

“Bronde. This color would look amazing on you,” one person wrote, adding a picture of Jennifer Aniston’s hair color on Friends. Earle may be fond of this recommendation, seeing as she liked the comment.

“Brown hair would be 🤌🤌🤌🤌 you [can] always go back blonde if don’t like,” another user chimed.

“PLEASE GET WISPY BANGS!!! Like the ones you had for DWTS,” a fan stated, echoing the statements of Earle’s little sister.

Amid those in favor of a major change, some fans felt like the social media personality should abstain from making any drastic transformations following a difficult breakup.

“Queen don’t fall for the break up bangs! 😭💖,” a reply read, to which Earle replied with a “😭.”

“As a hairdresser DO NOT make a major hair change just bc of your emotions!!! You will regret 10000%,” a professional couldn’t help but suggest.

Only time will tell if Earle ever decides to go through with her drastic hairstyle change. Until then, she’s off to enjoy some much-needed time with her family and maybe even sneak in a trip before the end of the year.
