Cameron Brink’s Latest Unrivaled Tunnel ’Fit Puts a Chic Spin on Workwear

Cameron Brink proved that a tailored blazer is a style staple beyond the office yesterday, Feb. 23, when she wore the garment to Miami’s Sephora Arena before hitting the court with Unrivaled’s Breeze Basketball Club.
Brink’s elevated evening ensemble
The 6-foot-4 forward, who joined the Breeze for her sophomore season with the 3 vs. 3 league from the Lunar Owls Basketball Club, wore a monochromatic outfit on location that was only broken up by the metallic sheen of her gold handbag. Otherwise, every clothing item Brink wore was black, ranging from her cropped blazer tied around her waist, her pair of high-waisted satin shorts and her knee-high leather boots. She completed her look with skinny sunnies and dainty hoop earrings.
The Breeze’s playoff picture
Brink and the Breeze ultimately fell to the Mist Basketball Club yesterday, 90-75, despite a dominant performance from the Los Angeles Sparks forward. Brink led her team in both scoring and rebounding with 21 points and eight rebounds; however, Allisha Gray's 27 points and Arike Ogunbowale's game-winner sealed the deal for the 9-4 Mist, who currently rank second in league standings before the 10-3 Phantom Basketball Club. The Breeze, at 6-7, sits in fourth.
“This team is so special, and we’re really lucky to have such a great coaching staff,” Brink told the media following the matchup, alongside Breeze head coach Noelle Quinn. “And I think, you know, today sucked, but we have so much going for us, and I know we’ll make a great playoff run; I think we can win it, so we just [have] to regroup ...”
The Breeze will have one final regular season game, against the 9-4 Laces Basketball Club on Friday, Feb, 27, before the first round of playoffs begin on Saturday, Feb. 28. While the postseason matchups have not been revealed, at the time of publish, four teams will fight for a spot in the semifinals—which commence in Brooklyn, New York on Monday, March 2. Per Unrivaled, the two top-seeded teams will “earn byes” directly to the semifinal competition in the Empire State.
Then, on March 4, the Unrivaled Championship will commence back in Miami. During the league’s inaugural season, in 2025, the Rose Basketball Club took home the title. The 6-7 squad, which welcomed two-time WNBA All-Star Angel Reese back to its mix earlier this month, currently sits in fifth in league standings.
