Dua Lipa Channels Glittering Golden Goddess Energy Ahead of Final ‘Radical Optimism’ Show

This week marks the end of an era as the pop sensation wraps up her tour in Mexico.

As has been well-documented, we’re obsessed with Dua Lipa’s stage-ready styles and are absolutely going to miss seeing them on our timelines each week; still, you better believe the superstar is going out with a bang.

Tonight, Dec. 5, the pop sensation is officially wrapping up her Radical Optimism Tour in Mexico City, Mexico. Over the last year, a standout part of Lipa’s show has been her captivating clothing, as the singer often shares her custom looks on social media, delighting fashion fans. Earlier this week, she did this once more, taking to Instagram to give her 88.8 million followers some sneak peeks at the incredible onstage style from her penultimate show—and full disclosure, we can’t stop thinking about one look in particular.

Channeling golden goddess energy

In the cover snapshot of the artist’s recent 20-photo carousel—which has accumulated over 1 million likes since she posted it to the app yesterday, Dec. 4—Lipa sported an eye-popping all-gold bodysuit. The stunning metallic look was crafted from a textured, glittering fabric and featured thick gold chains throughout, as well as sparkling brooch-style details on the draped chain straps and on the timeless sweetheart-style bustline.

The superstar accessorized the radiant look with black leather elbow-length gloves fitted with more gold chains and a classic pair of black fishnet tights. Meanwhile, a matching golden belt cinched her waist for the perfect hourglass silhouette, and a chunky gold choker necklace bearing the Chanel symbol was the luxe cherry on top.

Lipa shared several angles of the outstanding outfit in her latest drop, highlighting its incredible craftsmanship—and to say we’re obsessed would be an understatement.

A fond, fashion-forward farewell

And as if that incredible collection of snapshots wasn’t enough, Lipa followed up the Instagram carousel featuring her golden bodysuit this afternoon with a look at what she’s been up to in Mexico, and how she’s preparing for tonight’s grand finale.

“Last Radical Optimism show tonight!!! 3 OF 3 IN MEXICO CITY!“ Lipa wrote in the caption of the photo drop, with he cover photo showcasing a selfie of the singer in an elevator. “🥲🥲🥲 someone get me some tissues 🤧🤧🤧.”

For the first photo, the singer donned a silky two-piece pastel-pink set comprising a high-neckline tank top and matching mini skirt, accessorizing with a pair of pointy-toed animal-print heels. Other stills featured in her latest photo set included a closer look at the tasty-looking food she’s enjoyed while visiting Mexico, a fun mirror photo of the superstar out to dinner with her friends and a few more stylish outfits we’ll be adding to our night-out fashion inspiration moodboards.

While it will of course be bittersweet to see the tour come to an end, we have to admit—we’re pretty excited to see which looks Lipa will choose to showcase for her final show. Whichever they are, one thing’s for sure: we’re destined to obsess over them.
