Who Wins the Money on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ and Every Season 10 Finale Spoiler

As summer comes to an end in just a few weeks, it’s also time to say goodbye to Bachelor in Paradise. Season 10 takes place in Costa Rica, where a long list of franchise alums have given true love another shot. And this season is not like any to come before it, as there’s hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line.
Instead of just competing to find their soulmate, contestants are also participating in tests to win money, making tonight’s finale all the more exciting.
Going into the finale, five couples are hoping to walk away hand and hand—and with a bag of money. This includes Dale and Kat, Andrew and Alexe, Spencer and Jess, Jeremy and Bailey and Keith and Kathy. Ahead of the episode, respected scooper Reality Steve has a thorough rundown of events. WARNING: Major spoilers for the Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 finale are below.
Finale eliminations
According to an Instagram post shared by Reality Steve this week, seen above, here is the order of the eliminations in tonight’s episode:
- Keith and Kathy
- Jeremy and Bailey
- Kat and Dale
If you’ve been watching all season, you won’t be surprised by this order. Considering Keith and Kathy are just friends, it’s honestly shocking they are able to make it this far. While Jeremy and Bailey have potential, they also have a blip in their relationship that overshadows it. And, finally, Kat and Dale seem very strong leading up to the finale, so we expected them to make it far.
The winners
After the eliminations, Reality Steve shares that Spencer and Jess and Alexe and Andrew are asked if they are there for the money or for love, and they both select love.
Thus, as he explains, there are two winners of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, and yes, they both take home money. Jess and Spencer and Alexe and Andrew are the final two couples standing, but they don’t split the $500,000 down the middle. The reality TV guru notes that host Jesse Palmer has been saying contestants could win “up to $500,000” the whole season, leaving room for smaller amounts.
Reality Steve does not know the total amount both couples go home with, but he claims that Jess and Spencer win more than Alexe and Andrew after allegedly pulling envelopes with certain amounts.
Does anyone get engaged?
Of course, you probably have one burning question left, and yes, there is an engagement this season, according to Reality Steve. He shares that Jess and Spencer get engaged during the finale, something he previously predicted ahead of the season.
Of course, Jess and Spencer have been the strongest couple since the start of the season, so we—along with other fans—are so excited for their next chapter together!
