Mia Kang is married! The British fashion model and Muay Thai fighter tied the knot with UFC fighter Khalil Rountree in a beautiful ceremony in Thailand.

The news was first broken by the UFC fighter himself, who took to his Instagram to share a stunning photo of the pair celebrating their nuptials in a very ornate indoor space. “May we stay connected in this life and the next ♾️ 1.1.24,” he wrote in the caption, revealing that the ceremony was on New Year’s Day.

Kang herself didn’t make the announcement until Jan. 2, after the news had been picked up and circulated by various outlets. In her unconventional Instagram post that she shared to make the announcement, the 35-year-old included a screenshot of an article from Sportskeeda, which circulated the news soon after Rountree, 33, made the announcement.

Her carousel included a few behind the scenes snaps from the ceremony itself, for which she wore a delicate yellow lace top and a mint-colored skirt, as well as some photos from from their beachfront celebrations after the fact. In one of the slides, the stunning model showed of her sparkling diamond engagement ring, and we couldn’t be more enamored.

“It’s been perfect,” she expressed of the whole experience.

“BEAUTIFUL!!! ❤️congrats❤️,” Marquita Pring exclaimed.

“Congratulations ❤️,” Jennifer Atilémile added.

“Congrats Mia, sending all the love and prosperity 🙏🏽,” another follower wrote.

The announcement may have been unconventional, but the whole experience looked lovely, meaningful and quiet. What more could you want?
