Olivia Dunne is using her platform to give back. She created her passion project, The Livvy Fund, in July, with the goal of connecting female college athletes at LSU with big brands and NIL endorsement deals. Energy drink company Accelerator Active Energy, for which the LSU gymnast is an ambassador, became the first brand to partner with The Livvy Fund and is granting eight of Dunne’s peers with NIL deals.

The partnership among The Livvy Fund, Accelerator and the Bayou Traditions Collective was announced on Oct. 24.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to have all these different opportunities with NIL and to have experience because it could be very foreign to other athletes at the start of it,” the 21-year-old told People. “So, I just wanted to help other women and give them opportunities to learn and have more NIL deals because they deserve it just as much as I do.”

Eight LSU gymnasts are set to become Accelerator ambassadors alongside Dunne, NFL stars Travis Kelce and Jalen Hurts, and MLB player Aaron Judge.

“It’s imperative for athletes to know exactly what they’re putting in their bodies is of the highest quality of nutrients, and that is exactly what Accelerator is and the reason some of the best athletes on the planet have implemented Accelerator into their daily routine,” reads a press release from the company.

Ashley Cowan, Jillian Hoffman, Konnor McClain, Chase Brock, KJ Johnson, Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard and Kiya Johnson will all join Accelerator as ambassadors.

Dunne, who is a senior at LSU, has grown a following of 12.2 million across Instagram and TikTok and has a net worth of more than $3.5 million, according to the On3 NIL 100. The New Jersey native is the highest-paid female NCAA athlete in the country and is building on her own momentum and leveraging her connections to “create more opportunities for LSU female-student athletes, while emphasizing the importance of bringing NIL funds to women in college sports.”
