Paige Spiranac is a total original, but the golf influencer can also appreciate honoring the women who came before her. The Playing a Round podcast host did just that with a recent Instagram and Twitter post.

On April 11, the 30-year-old posted a photo of herself seemingly nude in a bathtub full of golf balls. Fans of the game may recollect that pro golfer Jan Stephenson originated the image in the 1980s.

Spiranac shared a set of images on Instagram with the caption, “Got balls?⛳️ Paige X @lagolf.” She tagged her location as Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa in Palm Coast, Fla.

“Sales woman of the year @_paige.renee 😍🙌👏👏👏,” fellow golf influencer Karin Hart commented. “It’s giving Jan Stevenson vibes and we’re here for it 🛁⛳️😍👏👏👏.”

“Imagine playing golf on that course and seeing her in the tub!😂😍,” someone else quipped.

The one-time SI Swimsuit model also shared one of the photos on Twitter, where she noted in a comment that she drew inspiration from Stephenson for the creative ad.

“We are working on something special to honor her,” Spiranac added. “I love to recreate images from women who have inspired me and also give credit where it is due. Jan is the OG.”
