For Sarah Jane Ramos, Dallas Cowboys WAG, Game Days Are a Family Affair

When it comes to cheering on her fiancé, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, Sarah Jane Ramos makes the occasion a family affair. Not only are her two children, MJ and Aurora, usually in tow for daytime home games at AT&T Stadium, they’re always in coordinated gear—as are Ramos and her beau.
“ My game-day aesthetic usually coordinates with Dak’s,” Ramos explains of her go-to style ahead of kickoff. “We decide our outfits together, usually before he leaves the house or the night before, and from there, I generally pick my outfit. So something that’s going to coordinate with him.”
For example, earlier this season, Prescott wore a plaid navy suit ahead of the Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers game, while Ramos opted for a plaid navy and gray Alice + Olivia set, which she accessorized with a black cowboy hat and a boho belt. The two were perfectly coordinated in elevated styles without being too on the nose.
The couple, who welcomed daughter MJ in February of 2024 and Aurora in May of this year, love a coordinated look, and Ramos also enjoys dressing her daughters alike on game day whether they’re in attendance to watch their dad or not.
“The girls are always matching and they come to all home day games,” Ramos says. “Nighttime kind of messes up their schedule, so they don’t come to those, but they’re so close in age, they’re only 15 months apart, so I have outfits for them that match generally. And if they’re at home, they’re still matching.”
Ramos and Prescott are incredibly family-oriented, and their first NFL season as a unit of four has been a particularly noteworthy one thus far, the Florida native says.
“ It’s so special because it’s going to be memories we look back at that they aren’t going to remember fully, but when they look back at these moments and I show them the pictures and the videos of them watching their dad, I do feel like it’s going to recall feelings and memories of early childhood,” she says. “I think it’s just a great bonding experience for them to get to know their parents on a level that’s not just in the four walls of our home.”
Laid-back staples and custom garments
Though she enjoys accenting her game-day ensembles with custom-made jewelry, Ramos takes a rather laid-back approach when it comes to the staple pieces in her wardrobe. She stocks her closet with bodysuits and pants from Aritzia, as well as plain colored hats from Target. The certified wine and spirits specialist is also an avid golfer, so she’s not afraid to incorporate a golf or tennis dress by Malbon into her game-day look.
Jeans and cowboy hats are also staples of Ramos’s game-day wardrobe, which she often accessorizes with a small designer purse or a clear, stadium-approved bag by Hammitt or Kendra Scott. When it comes to footwear, she prefers Jordans, heels or cowboy boots, and Ramos particularly loves Prada, YSL, Timberland and Doc Martin shoes. If she’s lounging at home on a Sunday and tuning into the games on TV, however, it’s all about comfort. In that case, Ramos’s favorites are a cozy tank and pajama pants by SKIMS.
Ramos is incredibly down-to-earth when it comes to wardrobe essentials, but the WAG also loves to throw on a custom ’fit every once in a while. Last NFL season, she rocked a custom pair of cowboy boots adorned with her beau’s number, and she has a few unique outfits in the works this season too.
“ There is a girl in Dallas, her business is called Glamourlyss Design, and she’s kind of the OG girl here for making everyone custom stuff,” Ramos reveals of a go-to source for custom garments. “So she’s going to make some pants for me with Dak’s signature on the butt, and I’ll probably wear those in Vegas [when the Cowboys play the Raiders on Nov. 17].”
The fellow WAG fashionista she admires
Ramos’s inner circle includes fellow Dallas Cowboys WAG Haley Cavinder, who is engaged to tight end Jake Ferguson, as well as Jeanne Grier, wife of quarterback Will Grier. Her girlfriends serve as the best fashion inspo, Ramos says, with Grier’s unique sense of style being a standout in particular.
“My girlfriend Jeanne [has an incredible sense of style],” Ramos says. “ ... She’s a big thrifter and she loves finding things. Like she comes over and we usually go to the games together and every time she comes over I’m like, where the hell did you get that? She’s like, ‘Oh, my grandmother made this pin.’ Or ‘This is actually a shawl and I pinned it, so it’s a shirt.’”
Currently standing at 3-4-1 on the 2025-26 NFL season, Ramos has complete confidence in the Cowboys making the Super Bowl this year. She is also incredibly proud of her partner for fighting his way back from a season-ending hamstring injury that occurred last November.
“Dak’s in really good shape. I’m really proud of him for the work he put in this off season and really recovering from his injury from last season,” she says. “He’s in better shape than when I met him three years ago, substantially better shape, and his head space is so good and I really think the team has a good head on their shoulders. I really do think that they’re focused and ready and are gonna win this thing.”
