Carrie Underwood is a powerhouse on the stage. But what you perhaps didn’t know is that she is also a superstar in the gym. For proof, check out her ultra-toned legs in her latest concert photos, or look no further than her fitness app, Fit52

The country music sensation launched her platform in 2020 alongside her fitness and lifestyle book, Find Your Path. Ever since, she and a team of experts have been carefully curating and releasing effective at-home workout content.

In honor of her “Reflection” tour in Las Vegas, one of Underwood’s latest sets is aptly Vegas-inspired—and a total burner. The five-move set incorporates both cardio and toning in an effective and quick set.

According to the musician, do five reps of the following moves, and repeat the whole set five times.

V: V-up crunches

Lay on your back with your arms above your head in a streamlined position and your legs extended long on the mat. Crunch both your arms and legs up, reaching your hands toward your toes. Lay back down.

E: Explosive tuck jumps

Stand on the mat with your legs hip-width apart. Bend your knees, then explode up off of the ground, bringing your knees and hands to meet near your midsection.

G: Goblet squat

Stand with your legs just wide of your hips. Holding a dumbbell tight to your chest, come down into a deep squat. Stand back up.

A: Ankle biters

Lay on your mat with your knees bent. Lift your upper body off of the floor and extend your arms out toward your heels. Crunch to one side, bringing your hand to touch your heel. Return to center, then crunch to the other side.

S: Side shuffles

Stand on one side of your mat with a slight bend in your knees. Shuffle to one side, extending one foot out laterally, then bringing the other foot to meet it. When you reach the other side of your mat, reverse directions and shuffle the other way.
